Dexfut Account and Data Deletion Request
This page explains how users of the Dexfut mobile game, developed by Dexfut Devs, can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion
- Send an email to support@dexfut.online.
- Use the subject line: Dexfut Account Deletion Request.
- In the email, include the information needed to identify your account, such as your in-game username, user ID, login email, or other account identifier used in Dexfut.
- After receiving your request, Dexfut Devs may ask you to confirm account ownership to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
- Once verified, your account deletion request will be processed.
Data that will be deleted
When your account deletion request is verified, Dexfut Devs will delete or anonymize data associated with your Dexfut account, which may include:
- account identifiers, such as user ID, username, and login email;
- game profile information;
- game progress and gameplay-related account data;
- support messages linked to your account, where deletion is legally and technically possible.
Partial data deletion without deleting the account
At this time, Dexfut Devs does not provide a separate option to request partial deletion of account data while keeping the Dexfut account active. To delete personal data associated with your Dexfut account, please request full account deletion using the instructions above.
Some analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or diagnostic data may be collected and processed by third-party service providers, such as Firebase, Google Play services, advertising networks, or similar platforms. These providers may process or retain data according to their own privacy policies, retention settings, and legal obligations. Where applicable, Dexfut Devs will delete or anonymize data under its control as part of the account deletion process.
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained when necessary for legitimate purposes, including:
- records required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution obligations;
- limited technical logs needed for security, abuse prevention, debugging, or service integrity;
- purchase or transaction records handled by Google Play, App Store, or payment providers, where applicable.
Retention period
Verified account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days after successful verification. Backup copies and limited technical logs may remain for up to 90 days before being deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to resolve security, fraud, or legal issues.
Additional notes
Deleting your Dexfut account may permanently remove your game progress and account-related data. This action may not be reversible after processing is complete.
